Advices for exploitation and maintenance
PVC windows are hermetical. That is the reason for collecting condensation between the layers of glass. Condensation can come from different sources – inhabitants of the room, cooking, bathing, flowers, laundry, gas heating, etc. So, the ventilation is very important.
Ventilate!
It is enough to ventilate 3-4 times a day for several minutes (it is necessary after cooking and bathing) or to put an absorber in the premises. You should also make an even distribution of the flowers in every premise, because they release moisture due to photosynthesis (flowers are not recommended for bedrooms). Condensation collects on the coldest surface – joinery and glazed windows.
Joinery maintenance
Maintenance of the PVC profile should consist of a regular cleaning with a wet cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent solutions. Regular maintenance of the exposed metal parts is required and the application of light oil will maximize the life of the exposed metal parts.
